This service saved me and my family so much time and money. We had a family member pass suddenly. Great junk removal came in and helped sort through what was entirely overwhelming for us. They took away the garbage and recycling and then made the donations for us. They cleaned out the entire house in a few days (40 years of stuff) it would have taken our family months. We sold our home, we had years worth of stuff. Garage, basement, shed.

The team that arrived were very professional, uniformed, and knew exactly what they were doing.
They made sure that everything was removed without any damage to the walls, etc. We were able to donate some of the furniture to Goodwill. They also made sure that no personal or sentimental items were removed by mistake.

Then, when they were finished, they swept and cleaned the basement floor and the shed!!!!!!!!!!!
Bonus: This took less time, one less truckload, and cost less than 'the other guys' estimated.

Great Junk did an amazing job. They were very responsive for a last minute job. Extremely careful moving a refrigerator out of a tight spot and cleaning out a garage. Couldn't have asked for a better job and great value. Jonelle and Stanley were excellent and very professional.

The job involved removing a lot of stuff from my childhood home. Lane actually discovered and brought to my attention some family heirlooms that were almost thrown out.

The crew worked quickly to move a great deal of stuff. In addition to removing the junk they also relocated some things to the garage for further handling by another company.

Amazing customer service!! I called with last minutes to see if they could take wood paneling that was pulled off my basement walls. I was able to send pictures to get an accurate estimate. They were able to come out the very next day and even showed up a few hours before the estimate arrival time. From start to finish they were quick to respond, professional and pleasant to work with. Will contact them in the future for any kind of jobs, must easier then renting a dumpster!

I used them to clean out a storage unit. The crew showed up on time, worked fast, and charged me less than the quoted estimate because the load was smaller. I highly recommend them. And they sent me a donation receipt for items in the unit they took to Goodwill. Great job!

Great service and overall experience! Super friendly and professional from Eric in the office, to the two movers Lane and Thomas! Eric was even able to estimate the space/cost almost precisely on the phone, missed it by 1 cubic yard, thus my total cost was even less than what I expected! They were able to squeeze me in the next day after I called which was perfect and they gave me a courtesy call that morning when they were leaving because it was a rather far distance. Eric was AMAZINGLY honest, reasonable, and so respectful! His team did a fantastic job taking care of cleaning out my late aunt and uncle's apartment with very little notice, and left it spotless! They picked up some junk furniture the previous owner left behind and my empty moving boxes. They were very friendly and professional. Over the phone the operator quoted me $375. After the men finished working on loading the truck it was only $325! this makes me very happy thanks great junk removal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
